As of January 1, 2019, the amounts of the individual fee payable with respect to Colombia will change. The new amounts can be found in WIPO’s announcement No. 19 of 2018.
The new pricing will be used when: i) Colombia is designated in an international application that has been received by the Office of origin as of January 1 or later; ii) Colombia is the subject of a subsequent designation received by the Office of the Contracting Party of the owner, or submitted directly to the WIPO International Bureau on or after said date; iii) Colombia has been designated in an international registry that has been renewed on or after that date.
