With nearly 15 years of experience at the firm and a dual background in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Law, Monica has held various leadership positions, including her most recent role as Patents Director. In her new role, she will continue to lead our patent practice across the continent. She will further strengthen client relationships from a cross-functional perspective, while upholding the technical and legal excellence that defines her work.

With a distinguished career in Intellectual Property spanning over 13 years and having assumed the role of Trademarks Director for the past 3 years, as a partner, Maria A. will continue to enrich our brand management with a comprehensive and innovative perspective, making significant contributions to the expansion of this strategic practice area.

With over 9 years of dedicated service to the firm, Catalina, having pioneered the establishment of one of the earliest specialized Compliance practices in Colombia, and having successfully led the Data Privacy department, will continue to drive our strategic growth and business positioning in Colombia and the region with this appointment.

With more than 12 years of dedicated service to the firm, Isabella has played a pivotal role in establishing and leading several practice areas, including Antitrust and Unfair Competition Law. As a partner, she will continue to expand our presence in the western region of Colombia, providing unwavering support to our clients in matters related to Business Law and Intellectual Property.

With nearly a decade of experience at Olarte Moure and having previously led the creation and structuring of Corporate Law and Data Privacy practices, Daniela is responsible for driving the firm’s commercial strategy and business development efforts. In her role as a partner, she will continue to enhance client and partner relationships, while addressing the modernization challenges that come with the growth and expansion of our firm.
