Decree 090 of 2018 created different deadlines for certain corporations, non-profit entities and government entities for them to mandatorily register their databases in the National Database Registry (RNBD).
The registration deadline established differs according to the type of corporation or entity and equity measured in Tax Value Units (TVU).
However, it is important to bear in mind that for public entities, the deadline is 31 January 2019; and, for those entities who create databases after this deadline, registration must be made no later than two (2) months after the database is created.
