The National Authority on Consumer Protection (SIC) signed a cooperation agreement to strengthen citizen rights who use public transport. This initiative seeks to reinforce Colombia’s equality and legality policies.
This agreement aims to support the new Commission for the Protection of Consumer Transportation Rights of the National Authority of Transportation, with the purpose of attending public transportation complaints. Thus, the defense of commercial and economic rights and interests of Colombian consumers will increase to face possible abuse and misleading activity of suppliers.
