The INVIMA (Colombian Food and Drug administration) last week enabled 28 WhatsApp lines to handle petitions and questions on matters under their responsibility from users located throughout 28 Colombian departments/regions. This comes as a response to communication difficulties reported by users after the second hacking incident.
