The Ministry of Justice and Law, through Resolution No. 2074, authorized the first settlement center focused on financial system matters in Colombia.
This division represents an important contribution to the effective protection of financial consumer’s rights, considering that the Superintendencia Financiera has solved around 4.600 requests in this matter, promoting the approach between customers and supervised entities.
The conciliation center will be located in Bogotá, on street 7 No. 4-49.
