Modular Competency Risk Assessment (CRA)

The Competition Risk Assessment is a program designed under the Regime for the Protection and Promotion of Free Economic Competition in Colombia, taking into account the rules that regulate the matter, the doctrine and jurisprudence of the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, and the Technical Standard NTC 6378.
