Yenny is a lawyer from Universidad Externado de Colombia, her professional career began in a boutique firm specialized in commercial law, where she worked in corporate law and intellectual property, especially in the legal support to companies in the real sector, reviewing contracts and participating in the preparation of due diligence for the acquisition of Colombian companies by foreign companies.

Yenny has worked in law firms and companies of the real sector, participating in the elaboration and review of high and medium impact minutes for the operation, such as commercial agency contracts, distribution contracts, joint venture contracts, supply contracts, aircraft maintenance service contracts, FBO service contracts, etc. He also participated in the implementation of projects for contractual management within Colombian companies in order to facilitate the creation of contracts by non-legal areas in order to provide more complete contracts for review by the legal area, among other projects.
