Oscar is a Lawyer from UGC and an Electronic Engineer from Universidad Distrital. As an Electronics Engineer, Oscar worked in the telecommunications area for more than 15 years in leading companies in the sector such as Siemens, Nokia Siemens Networks and Huawei. In 2015 he started working in the area of intellectual property, in particular patents. In 2020 he obtained his law degree.

As a patent associate, Oscar integrates technical knowledge for patent drafting and prosecution and performs technical analysis of related information and documents. He also conducts interviews with inventors and development teams in order to extract technical information and apply it in the search, drafting and prosecution of patents.
