Nicolás is a lawyer from Universidad de los Andes, with an academic option in Economics. For two years he worked as an academic monitor of the Contracts department. He has experience and academic training in topics related to personal data protection, business integrations, restrictive practices of competition, unfair competition and consumer law.

Between 2020 and 2021 he was paralegal of a boutique firm, assisting clients in matters related to unfair competition, consumer protection and distribution contracts. Likewise, in November 2021 he joined an international firm as an associate in the Competition and Data Protection area. Since December 2022 he is part of OlarteMoure as a lawyer in the area of Privacy and Personal Data Protection.
