Lusiana is a lawyer from Universidad EAFIT with emphasis in International Law. In 2019 she completed an academic exchange at the University of Salamanca, Spain. In 2021 she participated in the Legal Design Seminar: New Technologies in Legal Services, at Universidad del Rosario and in the general intellectual property course of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

In 2021 she started working at OlarteMoure as an intern for the Anti-piracy and Anti-counterfeiting area, area in which she is currently an associate. She has expertise in international law, private law and industrial property.

She has two years of experience in the preparation and enforcement of criminal actions for trademark infringement; management and communication with clients; and, planning of strategies for the national and international protection of intangible assets in industrial property matters in the following sectors: software, footwear, food, technology, alcoholic beverages, manufacturing, among others.
