Daniela earned her law degree from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana (Medellin, Colombia) in 2015. She has more than six years of experience in intellectual property management, technology transfer, and as a consultant in the academic sector.

Additionally, Daniela has completed different programs such as Comparative legal traditions; European business law; Brand management, and French history in film in the French university, Université Jean Moulin, Lyon Trois, Lyon, France. Daniela also has experience as a professor at important universities in Colombia, such as the Universidad de Antioquia (UdeA), Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana (UPB) and the Instituto Tecnológico Metropolitano de Medellín (ITM).

She is currently linked as an associate lawyer for the Innovation, Protection, and Transfer (IP&T) Direction of OlarteMoure.
