A SciencesPo (Paris, France) graduate, Antoine holds a master’s degree in Commercial Law with a focus on Litigation and Arbitration, “Cum Laude”. He later graduated from the London School of Economics & Political Sciences (London, UK) with an LL.M in International Business Law. Antoine was admitted at the Paris bar in October 2015.

He began his professional career in an international law firm practicing product-liability litigation. Redirecting his practice towards Compliance-related issues, he created the Compliance department of a French law firm in 2017.

Antoine has extensive experience in relation to business ethics and investigations, having implemented compliance programs subject to different anti-bribery laws (FCPA, UKBA, Sapin 2, Decree-Legislative 231), led internal investigations in different companies and handled compliance-related litigation (whistleblowers, governance, white-collar, regulatory) or PR issues
