Andres Felipe received his J.D. degree with emphasis in Commercial Law from Universidad Del Rosario (Bogota, Colombia). In 2013, he holds a postgraduate degree in Administrative Law from the same University. Subsequently, he obtained his postgraduate degree in Business Law from the Externado de Colombia University (Bogota, Colombia) in 2018. Andres Felipe worked in a boutique firm that specializes in foreign investment, focusing his practice in the areas of Corporate Law and Forex Regulation for foreign and domestic clients in the oil and gas industry, technology and food sectors, among others. Prior to this, he worked in the team that conducted the Annual Study for the Prevention of Unlawful Damage for ECOPETROL S.A. and in the firm Torres Fernández de Castro y Associates.

Andres Felipe participated as a writer of the chapter on Intellectual Property Rights of the book: Successful Businesses. FTA Colombia-The United States published by Editorial Legis. He joined the Corporate and Privacy Area of OlarteMoure, in April 2019. Today, Andres Felipe leads the Corporate Law Area.
