The Indecopi Tribunal, confirmed 26 August 2019 a sanction against Lima Gas S.A., Solgas S.A., Zeta Gas Andino S.A., and six company executives, due to the violation of article 11 of the Antitrust Law, who would have perpetrated acts of price fixing to set gas prices between 2008 and 2011.
The authority found sufficient documentary evidence demonstrating that the three companies agreed to price fixing of liquefied petroleum gas.
In addition to the fines, authorities ordered corrective measures related to yearly training and assessment regarding free competition.
