Valeria obtained her economics degree from Universidad Santo Tomás in Bogotá D.C. in 2014 and she later continued with her postgraduate studies and obtained her Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property from the Universidad de los Andes in 2017. She received an scholarship as a graduate research assistant from the Universidad de los Andes during her master’s studies, and continued working there in different projects related to the University’s regionalization and internationalization objectives. Her work at Universidad de los Andes and Fundación Ceiba allowed her to build a wide experience in the formulation and coordination of intellectual property, education, and Science, Technology and Innovation projects.
She is currently working for the Tokyo office and the Innovation, Protection and Transfer office in OlarteMoure.
