María Fernanda, lawyer from the Universidad de los Andes with a minor in business management from the same university. She completed a course on Argumentation Techniques at the Complutense University of Madrid.

She was a research assistant for the creation of the Human Rights course at the Universidad de los Andes. Her thesis ‘The containment of a pandemic in the digital age: the tension between the right to privacy and public health’ was awarded the status of Meritorious Thesis.

She worked for one year as an associate at Arrubla Devis Asociados in the areas of Corporate, Labour and Company Law. Since 2022 she has been an associate in the Competition and Consumer Law area in OlarteMoure.
