Luciana joined OlarteMoure & Asociados in 2018, as a student for the Innovation, Protection & Transfer Area, where she participated in the formulation of intellectual property statutes and manuals and intangible asset identification projects. Subsequently, she did a secondment at Servicios Nutresa, a company belonging to Grupo Nutresa, in charge of advising the Group’s businesses on matters that do not belong to its core business, such as risk management and legal advice. During the secondment, Luciana was in charge of advising and managing the different Intellectual Property Rights such as Trademarks, Patents and Copyrights of most of the Group’s companies.

She currently works as an Associate for the Trademarks Area in ​​OlarteMoure. During her work she has participated in the management and handling of the trademark portfolio of national and international clients from different industries, including the preparation of trademark availability searches and legal concepts, drafting of briefs presented before the Colombian Trademark Office (Superintendence of Industry and Commerce) such as oppositions, reply to oppositions, appeals and responses to provisional refusals, design of trademark protection and defense strategies at a local and regional level, drafting of assignment, coexistance and licensing agreements and elaboration of service proposals.
