Santiago obtained his law degree from Universidad del Rosario in 2014. Subsequently, in 2015 he studied a specialisation in Administrative Law at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and in 2018 a Master in Intellectual Property, Industrial Property and New Technologies at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. After working for several years in firms related to Intellectual Property and Market Law, he joined OlarteMoure in 2019 as an associate for the Litigation area of OlarteMoure, by 2020 he was appointed leader of the Competition and Consumer Law area, in 2023 coordinator of the area and in 2024 Director of the same.

He has experience in Intellectual Property, Competition Law, Consumer Law and Market Law in general. He bases his practice on advising, accompanying and representing national and international clients in judicial and administrative litigation related to these matters.
