Martha is lawyer from the Faculty of Jurisprudence of Universidad del Rosario, with an emphasis on Commercial Law and International Law (Bogotá, Colombia). Martha is specialist in Commercial Law from Universidad Javeriana and is certified in the Corporate Compliance Course at Universidad de los Andes (Bogotá, Colombia).

During her university career, Martha participated in research groups on Commercial Law and International Law. In addition, Martha participated in the II Edition of the Judicial Simulation Contest before the International Criminal Court and in the II Edition of the German Cavelier Debate on Intellectual Property Contest. In 2015 she was member of the Claims Committee of the III Edition of the Judicial Simulation Contest before the International Criminal Court.

In 2016 Martha did her internship at the Consulate General of Colombia in Houston – (Texas, USA). On 2017, she became party of the corporate law practice of OlarteMoure, where she provided legal advice to national and foreign clients on corporate matters, from a perspective of protection of intangible assets. Currently, she is a senior associate for the privacy and data protection practice.

Currently, Martha is a member of the Colombian Association for Data and Privacy (ADAPRI).
