Since its inception in 2003 when the firm consisted of only seven professionals,\u00a0OlarteMoure<\/strong>\u00a0has grown exponentially with a current team of more than 100 professionals. Currently, 10 lawyers make up the trade mark practice and have experience in trade mark management and enforcement, unfair competition, anti-counterfeiting, copyright and consumer protection matters. It also offers litigation and global prosecution services.\u00a0Juan Moure<\/em><\/a>\u00a0is recognised by his peers as a “trade mark and copyright-related expert.” He represents Microsoft Corporation in an ongoing copyright infringement case for which his team was retained as general litigation counsel to develop and execute a strategy to decrease the levels of software piracy in two Colombian cities and obtain revenues derived from compensation paid by infringers. Moure also represents Millonarios FC, Grupo Nutresa and Merck on three separate trade mark matters.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
