Aldemar obtained a B. S. Chemistry from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia (Bogotá, Colombia) in 2009. He later received a Master in Pharmaceutical Sciences (2013) and currently he is a candidate for Doctor in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia (2019). During his academic practice, he was a member of the academic research groups and he is the co-author of several scientific papers. His scientific field focuses on Nanomedicine and new materials for biomedical applications.

Aldemar worked as a Technical Director for Libcom de Colombia and others companies from medical devices. He has been a consultant in regulatory affairs and he was a part-time professor at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia for more than three years. In addition, he has participated as a peer evaluator in undergraduate and postgraduate theses. Since October of 2018, he has worked as part of OlarteMoure`s team as a Technical Associated for the patents prosecution area.
