The city of Bogota’s Healthcare Office and its District Agency, ATENEA, have launched a call for research and innovation to help solve health challenges in 2023. These projects must propose solutions to reproductive health issues in the city.
Among the challenges are (1) comprehensive care for pregnant women, their partners and newborns, (2) reducing the number of teenage pregnancies, and (3) improving sex education in Bogota.
A total of USD 145,000 will be awarded to the winning research projects. The call is open to private and public research centers, and all Bogota government institutes.
