The Peruvian Unfair Competition and Antitrust Office (INDECOPI) published on 14 October 2019 an “Inspection Visit Draft Guideline” with the purpose of having comments/suggestions submitted up until 18 November 2019.
The final document will regulate administrative visits that INDECOPI carries out to protect free competition, in order to guide its investigation procedures in the Peruvian market, and make sure all inspected businesses know their rights and guarantees.
