Hotel Las Americas located in Cartagena Colombia hosted on 14 May the PRE-ICN forum “Emerging Trends in Antitrust Policy and Enforcement: Colombia, Latin America, and Beyond”.

The Pre-ICN Forum, presented by the International Chamber of Commerce and the IBA (International Bar Association), is a one-day seminar bringing together leading worldwide antitrust enforcers and business experts to discuss the latest developments in antitrust enforcement and policy. This forum is held the day before the 18th Annual International Competition Network (ICN) Conference.

The 2019 Annual Conference will be the 18th annual conference hosted under ICN sponsorship, and is a continuation of a series of agency-led conferences that began in 1999. During the conference, discussions will focus on strategies related to digital economy, innovation, market definitions and the role of antitrust policy from different ICN viewpoints.
